To pay a special tribute to Ellen from her online fans. Ellensource.org are putting together a scrap book for her, which Angela (the owner of the site) will mail over to Ellen. Please read the guidelines below and have fun if your simply passing on a personal message to Ellen, or if you have created a masterpiece in the form of a drawing or poem! Get creative and get your entries in as soon as possible! Let us show Ellen what truly amazing fans she has! Thanks everybody! Send what you can please! Deadline Dec 23rd!

- Art drawings & paintings (scans), poems (scanned or written), digital art & Photoshop manipulations and personal photos of Ellen (if you have met her) and/or your favourate photo of Ellen (and why).
- Messages well wishes to Ellen, a quick hello, share a story to Ellen. Please do not send requests or include contact details
- Poems & Song Lyrics Has Ellen inspired you to write some poetry about her or any of her characters or relationships?
- Your photo send in your photo along with your submissions so we can show Ellen what her fans look like!Approximately a past port sized photo would be wonderful!
- Your age, name and location it is important you include either or all of your age name and location to show Ellen the vast amounts of fans she has and where they come from, how old they are etc!

- Extreme Graphical Photos please do not send anything of Ellen, as it would be inappropriate to send in submissions of this nature. Please keep in mind Ellen is viewing this and may become embarrassed.
- Swearing & insults Please do not swear or insult Ellen (or any of the cast) your submission will not make it into the book if I find it is to graphic and/or insulting. Please remember this is a fan book for Ellen
