Not much Ellen last night so about 100 captures have been added, promo for 604 Tainted Obligation below, it looks like Meredith will undergo a surgery of some kind which will leave her bed bound which will explain Ellen’s pregnancy off screen. It looks a very Meredith centric episode, maybe will get a Mer/Der kiss if we are lucky! Check out the preview below and the captures in the gallery!

I am so happy! I will add photos of the baby bump ASAP! Hope you are as happy as I am! I will be setting up a baby bump watch and baby project for the little sweetheart!

Ellen Pompeo is all smiles as she shows off her teeny-tiny baby bump while grocery shopping at Whole Foods in West Hollywood on Sunday (April 19).

The 39-year-old Grey’s Anatomy actress is expecting her first child this fall/wainter with music producer husband Chris Ivery. The pregnant news was announced via her publicist on Sunday night.

This past September, Ellen told Allure, “When I have the baby, I won’t feel like we’ve missed any fun, reckless times together, like staying up all night drinking champagne and having sex until five in the morning and not having to get up until two in the afternoon. But I’ve got to get on it, because the clock is ticking.

Ellen Pompeo and her husband, Chris Ivery, are starting a family together, her rep, Jennifer Allen, confirms to PEOPLE.

“It’s great news,” says Allen. “They’re ecstatic.”

The “Grey’s Anatomy” star, 39, and Ivery, 41, a music producer, were married by New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg in a low-key ceremony in November 2007. The couple met in a grocery store in 2003 and began dating six months later.
